Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only compounds, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
However, your satisfaction and trust are paramount. If your package is lost in transit or not delivered due to a verified carrier issue, we will gladly reship your order at no additional cost.
Please note:
To be eligible for reshipment, non-delivery claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect shipping information, or misuse of the product.
